Q - Damage skill shot with bonus damage after a delay
W - Skill shot that snares/roots/stuns enemies it passes through
E - Copy a champion (Maybe reactivate to split?)
R - AoE nuke around Neeko after a delay
Easy to understand, has some depth (using the clones correctly), and has flexibility without being incredibly unfun to play against from what I can see.
apparently someone already has the ability spotlight. It was in Portuguese I think, but the gist is, her passive is the clone ability, Q is the small aoe skill shot, if it kills a minion it goes again, if it hits a champion it will go again, up to a total of 3 casts, W is the split image, has a 3 attack passive on it, E is a line skill shot that will root the last champion hit, and her ult is a 2 second delay large aoe root that gives her a shield based on damage dealt.
I agree. Riot's new champion and rework designs have been overturned and a mess to balance.
