I refer you to the "nerf" to zed where they reduced his base and scaling Atk speed slightly. He's 100% less frustrating to play against now. Same will happen with annie.

I thought everyone complained about the post-6 AoE burst stun pattern.

Although I never really did understand why she had such a high AA range to begin with.

The counterplay is her range, OP. Even Zed can outrange her with enough skill. Stay out of her range long enough and she'll be forced to use her spells to farm or risk being pushed to tower (then forced to use her Q to farm or risk losing cs to tower).

As for the flash+Tibbers combo, ignoring the fact that everyone is allowed to access flash and could use combos (hell, I can even see a Caitlyn net+flash if you were really desperate for that kill or peel), you have access to items like item 3156 item 3102 .

She's not the only APC whose able to nuke someone, just be glad she has a short range. At least her aa range nerf won't give her free poke against lesser-ranged carries mid or bot lane anymore. That's a fair nerf, if you ask me.
