This is super reasonable--when Aatrox ults, his W moves to 3rd hit. So it would be possible to hit an enemy with blood price, ult and hit them again with blood price. Or blood thirst if you need to heal, ult and then heal again.

This is a buff that benefits those who play Aatrox and have his mechanics down. It will not make him OP or more popular.
