I can do so much damage to people within 2-3 seconds, it just doesn't seem right

120% Bonus AD on a 4 second cooldown. No wonder.

They are reducing it to 90% effectively on the PBE which may help somewhat, but W is still 260+50% Bonus AD.

If you are losing to top lane Rek'Sai, it's likely that you -never dodged his tunnel

Honestly if you see a Rek, just pick one of Dozen champions who can destroy him with ease Cass Darius Riven Pantheon J4 Fiora

There are plenty more it's just that people can't seem to dodge his tunnel in low elo, they just run backwards, where he actually..POPS up.

16% ban rate + 56% pick rate in Diamond

I've beaten Fiora and Darius with just my Q and E alone. She's not as easy to counter as you say she is when she can just spam heal and regen her fury bar like mad.
