I wish they would, shes in an awful spot right now. Like lower W's absurdly high cd and revert the attack speed change on E.

Umm.... no actually. unlike them she spirals out of control

It is a problem that she doesn't balance out in the late game

Champs like Zed, Fizz, Tank Ekko, don't balance out if they get a lead, and the enemy team stalls long enough to get to late game. Tanks don't get a chance to peel for the ADC cause they are half health-ed in less than 2 secs by her, you shouldn't be able to burst tanks with only 3 autos. at least Vayne's damage is over time.

Not to mention complete immunity to CC and a stun/slow/AS slow(which is un-f**king-fair) if they took away power from that then she could have a buff

Stun is highly situational. And it actually requires skill to use. The AS slow is kind of necessary against some matchups, since her early game sucks balls. Also, is , she should be able to burst tanks because late game bursting someone down as a squishy champion like fiora is VERY, VERY unlikely
