He was at 44~45% (and rising), but ok.
Not saying he didnt need a buff, talking about the time it took for him to get a buff while riven gets shafted and ignored patch after patch.
nuclearwarpotato8 votesAnd the lowest Riven has fallen in the last 14 patches (according to op.gg http://na.op.gg/champion/riven/statistics/top/trend ) is 47.65% with her usually sitting somewhere around 48%-49%. All of this with an above average pick rate (within the top 20 highest pick rates in all the patches I checked). Judging based off of the statistics, while you can make a fine argument for riven warranting some minor buffs, it is quite the exaggeration to say that she has been getting shafted or has really been that bad for as long as you say.

But Riven QQ one week before Atmas and Shoujin hit live, that (IMO) will break every single bruiser in existance (and atleast affect all their states of balance) is kinda... pointless.
Ragnaveil1 votesGlad you brought up the Spear of Shojin. A perfect example of an item catered to the lovely class we know as divers. You know who falls into said category? Oh that's right, RIVEN. Not to mention she does builds involving bonus AD, she can make the most out of it considering even if her build falls short of capping the reduction to 80, her trustly old friends of Conqueror and her ult can easily get her there. Dive into the middle of 5 people and proc the Dragon's Heart active, and abuse the godly shield that will hardly break with that 200% damage reduction bonus that, by the way, refreshes on takedown.

Upvoted. A riven can throw a whole combo at my illaoi/yorick and one W/Q will do more. She snowballs too hard, and is too weak when she doesn't. In short going even is losing for her. Winning only once is losing for her. Winning hard lets her snowball. I wouldn't say she's really WEAK, but just not dependable without snowball unlike most others.
