Agreed. It annoys me how people just say (Insert any adc here) did well once. So they are overpowered.

I think 300 plus .6bAD plus +90% ap is too much, it's not exactly hard to proc. Used to be a time when you either went AD or AP, rarely both. Now he's all mixed because of the damage output of his W. Used to only be 250 plus .8 ap. But I guess that is the exchange for it not granting attack speed and not hitting multiple people. More damage that works on towers. :P

I mean. I guess. But it still is conditional damage. So it should be higher than it used to be.

OtterlyLost2 votesI will second that yuumi and ezreal is super frustrating to play against. I dont think ezreal is OP but I do find his overall safeness obnoxious and uninteractive and adding Yuumi on top of that just exacerbates an extremely uninteractive and boring lane.
