340 MS on Graves?
Are you fucking kidding me? He hits far harder than any melee at close range yet he get's ms on par with melee champs? Seriously?! This game feels like a complete fucking joke right now ,so ready to quit on this shit.

If you want to pull out the Graves is melee card, then his abilities need their ranges toned down.
He quit smoking, so his fitness is through the roof.

He's basically melee.
Graves is a melee champion, for all intents and purposes.
His burst could use a little bit of nerfing, but he should be on par with light fighters like Riven, damage wise.
