I feel like Ez has a weak early game and his late game doesn't make up for it?

Am I the only one who feel like this? His ult does a lot of damage early but it easy to dodge unless the target is locked down. The other thing is it loses so much damage through minions that it can hit a champ right down to 30% of its original damage.

Honestly, IMO his weakness are very clear but his strengths takes a lot of skill and precise conditions.

I feel like he is the weakest AD caster when compared to Lucian, kai sa and even corki. is not even viable on him and its made for AD casters.
