Just a joke cuz he stomped with Lis against Challenger KR teams but once SKT faced a real team and they also banned Lis they lost with him even being solo killed as LB by a Ryze at min 6.

He didn't even bought Stopwatch or Zhonyas, and almost lost the game alone by being catched by Morgana Q when Mata was engaging near Baron

Sorry but Lissandra is on average strentgh with a slightly tending toward weak atm... She is nowhere near overpowered or broken.. Trust me i play her a lot and she is weaker than before her new passive especially if you dont get caught by it
