Marksmen who actually have really good and easy to use sniping tools, and not a sht ton of attack speed. When I heard Jhin was going to be a Marksman/Assassin I cringed and thought "Oh my, another Vayne champion :/" But he looks fun, balanced and what sniper marksman should be (sorry Cait mains). Yes he has some CC and mobility but they are not as reliable or effective as the ones other marksmen are allowed to have and he is still pretty squishy.
LoLYaHoO3 votesI do not consider Jhin to be a marksman, Jhin is an AD caster. We need more AD casters in league. For example - Graves rework is just making Graves an AD caster/Bruiser/Fighter. MF Changes - pretty much AD caster - you can win teamfight with good ultimate, laning is all about landing those E-Q combos. Twitch changes - he is the real ADC not AD caster. Caitlyn changes - a big failure - trying to be hybrid AD caster and ADC, fails at both. Quinn - AD Caster. Kindred - AD caster. Lucian - ADC with kit that fits him perfectly.
The only problem I see is AD casters have much better power curve than ADC, ADC has to buy a lot of AS, Crit and DMG and then proceed to auto attacking, while AD casters hit decent damage with spells. While we are at it, ADC seem to be little bit better in late game.

Cait wow i must be the only one that likes what they did to her she finally feels good and i can stomp lane with her(she still not so good at teamfights) but her clean up is good.But i do agree with that its feels like they are trying to push them all into caster roles but is that really a bad thing? i mean in terms of fun, its really boring to play a champ that only source of damage is the aa. Twitch is an exception, cause surprize ur dead, but he is really weak early. Quinn omg she how do i hate her can get back to lane or anywhere on the map b4 you can even tp there and then she blinds you and ur dead. THat chick makes me so toxic i literally scream at the screen (never in game) lol. I havent tried JIHN yet but he looks ok he is different and that good but still i wouls have liked to see some abilites that are new and not just scraped together from other champs.I mean graves-like aa's Ulti simalar to Cait come on couls have really done something special with this guy. IM sure he will be fun and all but i mean Riot seems to take one ability and use it over and over( with some changes) on different champs. it is so stale.
