Does wind wall block hecarim ultimate?

I had a game yesterday where there was a Yasuo support. Anyways, I was playing hecarim jungle and ganked Yasuo/vayne bot Lane. They were both low health and I ulted down towards the bush, they ran in to the bush and threw up wind wall right outside the bush. Hecarim stopped outside the bush (even though I'm certain I clicked inside it) so I didn't have vision inside to see if the fear hit or not, but it seemed the damage didn't hit as Yasuo was quite low to begin with and wasn't killed by the ultimate.

I would think the ultimate is not a projectile and shouldn't be blocked, but aside from potentially the fear, it seemed that the spectral riders and hecarim himself were both blocked by the wall. It wouldn't be impossible to consider the riders a projectile (even though they shouldn't be) but hecarim is definitely not a projectile and shouldn't have been blocked by the wall? I'll need to keep an eye on my ultimates on Yasuo to see what happens (would help if there wasn't a Bush) but if anyone knows for sure I'd like to know.

Thanks!

"Enemies within range of where Hecarim stops will flee in terror for 1 second. The wave of spectral riders will travel the maximum distance possible in the direction of the cast, regardless of where Hecarim himself stops."

I assume the spectral riders are the ones actually doing the damage, and were stopped by the wind wall. Only a guess though.

Yes, I'm okay with it blocking the riders although I disagree they're projectiles.

However I want to know about hecarim himself being blocked, and then unable to get the fear off. Hecarim is not a projectile, lol. Since they were in the bush though, I can't tell if it stopped the fear or not, but I definitely ended up outside the bush as it startled me when I lost vision of them when I clicked to ult in to the bush :p

Its safe to assume that wind wall stops EVERYTHING! The only thing it cant stop it Vel'koz ult. I guess its because all of Vel's kit is skill shots, so Riot made it so at least one move can get past.

Lux ult?

I dont play lux or yasuo enough to see it happen. Not sure about it.

It doesn't, because Lux ult isn't a projectile. Neither is Xerath Q.

It does not stop any ability that does not have a travel time such as lux ult, velkoz ult, or xerath Q as they do damage to all units in the area of the ultimate at the same time.

Yasuo can block the riders of Hec's ult happened to me before. Never considered them projectiles but apparently they are.

If you have to ask whether it gets blocked, it does.
