When will people realize how broken Eve is

This is not even about her stealth or anything, but they way she deals damage.

I see everyone complain about how riot ruined eve when they made her E deal physical damage. I however think the opposite. I often play Eve jungle and I pretty much build devourer, BotRK, build straight tank after that and still get to deal a ridiculous amount of damage. Eve has one of the worst early games out there, but has an unmatched late game.

The changes to her E that allows her to apply on-hit effects pretty much broke her. Late game lets say you 75 stacks of devourer which would be 100AP per auto attack. Alone her E would do 230 + 100x2 + 8%(x2) + her autottack damage(x2) and lets say she has 100 AD at this point. So altogether her E would have a base MIXED damage of 630. Then when you add her autoattack, and BotRK's active, which she would probably be doing as she E's, she's able to to instantly do 830(base damage) every few seconds while being really hard to kill and mobile. Why isn't everyone capitalizing on this champ yet?
