With this game mode being too snowbally, it is better that surrender starts at 15 mins. You made it so that if a surrender vote is failed, there is a 3 minute wait time for the next surrender (no more 5 minutes). So you should make the surrender start at 15 mins. everyone wants it. Nothing bad will come of it. Why not Riot?

There is a reason why there is a surrender button. i don't mind coming back from a game, but that is pointless If a game is 2-30, there is no comeback. If the game is not too far behind, why would i surrender? games ends at the 25-30 min marker. Rarely will it go to late game.
Flyer Beast1 votesI generally think of games as 40 minute things, and it's because people have a very different view of when to surrender and when to not, I generally dislike surrendering, but if you think you have a good view on that then it doesn't really matter. Surrender is at 20 because baron spawns at 20 and if your team sneaks baron right at 20 behind or not they can get back in it.
