Has anybody ever witnessed (feel free to paste links) somebody survive an ult from ?
Do and deserve attention from the balance team this season?
Is it unhealthy that allied minions can be used against you? Ever away from only for your own minion wave to betray you? Ever lane against and realize it's safer to dodge skillshots in the open than to stand behind your minions? The worse case of this is seen bot lane when you have forcing you to stand adjacent to the minion wave when her support is or
Do you feel outplayed or cheated by champs having untargetability?
Are unique playstyles like actually healthy additions to League?

Yes. If he's not in a position to safely follow up with all his burst surviving it is pretty easy.

Wukong is getting some. J4 we can't really say, because Season 10 is significantly altering the Jungle experience.

No.

Do you feel outplayed or cheated by champs having untargetability?

No. Every one of those can be played around.

Are unique playstyles like actually healthy additions to League?

Yes, within reason.

Yes as long as they have more than 3k hp and 150 mr or they have stopwatch/Zhonyas
Yes but personally I think other champions need way more attention than those two

It depends. Fizz and Vladimir have it on very sort cooldowns which of course make them extremely hard to gank or fight (especially when combined with Zhonyas). Meanwhile Elise's untargetability is by far the most balanced form of untargetability you will find in League. Xayah is on her ult so..meh. It gives her way too much power in a teamfight but it feels better to face that than Fizz's or Vlad's
I don't think that Singed's playstile is unique anymore. Singed for a long time was the only champion that was centered around the go in and go out playstyle who back at the days, due to the lack of heavy cc was efficient but right now, every single assassin can do the excact same thing, more efficiently and have the same survivability as Singed. At 2 I said that other champions need attention more than those two. Singed is one of them

If you flash into your own minions wave thinking you can escape yasuo: You're an idiot -of all the champions you listed i think blitz/morg are mildly annoying to lane against. But they aswell can be countered
There were moments I felt outplayed by fizz/elise/... etc. 5.yes

yes... I've survived his ult plenty of times. it mostly to do dmg and slow you down so he can finish you.

Yes, if they stopwatch, the fizz is braindead (doesn't toss it max range) or you have huge amounts of mr/stopwatch.
Yes, because they're both unfun and unfair to play against due to their ganks feeling cheesy.
Yes, this means that no two lanes are the same and you need to think ahead when playing against these champions.
Yes. Fizz, Elise and Vlad are quite difficult to pin down, unsure about Xayah.
Yes and no, Singed needs changes anyway to make him easier to play against.

1 surviving fizz ult is ez, surviving Fizz after the ult goes off is the tricky part 2 Not immediately Jarvan is alright and Wukong was nerfed because he had a straightforward and TOO effective combo, which at one point they were talking about reworking him but I don't know if thats still happening or not 3 I made an arguement about minions being team killing bastards along time ago and there were A LOT of opinions on the matter 4 Cheated yes, outplayed, maybe, except by Vlad hes just busted 5 sure if the play style isn't something that runes the experience for everyone involved like Pyke was before they nerfed him some more, then its Pyke gets to have fun and no one else does. Thats the kinda stuff they have to avoid
