Tristana, kalista and jinx are trapped at the bottom and twitch sivir and vayne are kinda just chilling on the side well Ziggs show up at the bottom throwing a ton of bombs because he's the only one who can fight against their ranged harass and win. :P

Only a tiny handful of people on the board actually complain about him, even though he's far worse than Cait or Lucian at the moment. Not to mention, he's literally been above a 52% win rate since preseason and Riot have still not touched or nerfed him despite him needing it desperately. So yes, he's being ignored.
