I got a comeback for the first game of the season.

You'd think people would surrender when the score is 3-15 at 20.

When Lux is the only person on the team with kills. When our Trundle doesn't build a single damage item. When their MF is 5/0 already.

But no, they didn't, and somehow it worked out in the end. https://i.gyazo.com/f389882a2e4c3b6286d53cdf38e7ad91.png

Remember everybody, no matter how terribly you fail in your promo games, your team can still possibly carry you.

Wasn't Trundle right to build tankier when the game started to go downhill? I mean, your team didn't exactly need another damage dealer.

Teach me so I can improve.

You are entirely right, the solution for a Trundle going badly is to go full tank while still threatening the frontline, thus giving your carries time to back up into the game.

Trundle doesn't have a huge amount of disruption or mobility the way other tanks do. If he isn't doing any damage, he isn't doing much at all. It's good he went tanky, and it's even better that he was first and foremost thinking about helping the team.

But I still think if he'd just got the ward smite and then built bork he'd have done more.

You sure? He is played as a support in the LCS. My thoughts were that the stat sucking from his Q and R, the ability to make terrain and the extra health regen he gets (especially when an enemy tank dies) none of which depend on items made him useful whatever his gold level.

Wait, so your hard/late carry is decently fed, your hard/late tank is already tanky by midgame, and their hugely scaling hard carry is punished severely for making positioning mistakes?

You're making this out to be more of a miracle than it is...

I mean it was a miracle that the Tryndamere wasn't terrible.

He was basically the deciding factor in the game. I've seen so, so many bad Tryndameres that just do absolutely nothing but feed- and he didn't have a good lane, either.

But he 1 shot the MF when it mattered and it was GG.

We also had an epic comeback once in twisted treeline, on summoners rift however its much harder to do such a comback so gj!
