If possible, can we do this to Yasuo?
Give his critical passive to his W and have it scale dealing bonus critical by 20/40/60/80/100%. Give him back his speed boost based on how much flow he has on his passive.
His W should cost him 50% of the flow.
His Q and E can remain free. And obviously his R is free as well.
I don't know if this will go well with many Yasuo mains, but it might help us who play against a pro, and give many Yasuo players more thought into what they level up rather than going straight for his Q first.
