how do you counter something when barely 50% chance to be actual counter?

may i say he was the only juggernaut not picked even once at worlds unlike perma ban mord ,darius and a bit of skarner?

so why is he so average?

why not give him a little power here and there , because he has no early ,only at lvl 16 does he being to do some dmg if he managed to reach target

i remember before fail juggernauts he used to beat riven with 2.5s silence ,not 1.5, he could fight renek ,renek got buffed meanwhile ,he used to beat jax becaus he didnt get countered by dodge (sometimes win sometimes lose )

now its almost lose /lose situation
