It felt like riot took certain keystones to favor a certain pool of champions
Like honestly predator was pretty much made exclusively for 
(Not even going to discuss how stupidly broken it is to have hecarim charge at you but lb has to wait almost 2 seconds for a fucking passive Not salty nope not me)
And electrocute is like a carbon copy of thunderlords.
Phase rush is just a shittier stormraiders.
It just feels like there are generally a lot of keystones (or runes or w.e the fuck they are bc muh "technicalities") make champions more generalist in a sense that they don't fit into one
