Increase Zed's W speed every time he levels it up

I'm pointing out that his W already aids his late game and doesn't do much for his early game, and it increases Zed's strength by leveling it up.

It has everything to do with your discussion, because his W is fine as is. It already functions properly, giving Zed a stronger late-game. Not to mention the shadows mimicking spells and all the interactions with his kit.

His W doesn't really need buffs. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want to buff Zed.

The only abilities Riot can buff on zed is his E and W.

His Q is fine and his ultimate technically is really good but it's reasonable due to the fact that it's heavily countered. Contrary to bronze belief he is in an insanely weak spot due to counterplay and even more counterplay being released every few months in the form of champions.

What if he got a Syndra treatment and upon maxing W, his other abilities (or one ability) became stronger?

I'm not sure W speed is a good idea.

buffing his E would require to give him something other than just number increases, they would have to give him something like a ms boost which is pretty lame.

In all honesty, I think AD assassins need better itemization so they can be balanced better.

Yeah, and reduce his ults CD by 30 seconds for each rank! doesn't buff his early game at all and only makes him stronger late game which is his weakest point due to everyone have multiple ways to make him useless. /s He really needs a weak point somewhere though, you can't just buff someone because they're weak late game. If he's fed he won't have any problems lategame, and if he's not fed, well, he should be weak since he's an assassin. You picked him to get easy kills in the early-mid game.

so having the worst mid/late game out of every assassin in the game means he can't get buffed because he's good early?

being fed doesnt mean much with zed, there are plenty of games were zed gets shutdown due to peel/qss/zhonyas.

Having the best early game for an assassin more than makes up for having mediocre mid and bad lates.

Pro-tip: Zhonyas beats all delayed damage, not just zed. Peel beats all assassins too.

Make his E silence

Make his shadows be able to AA and use his passive

we will start from there and see how he does with these but those probably aren't even close to what he needs

Oh, I see. I get what you're saying, and this could be really cool!

Make Zed's shadow missle speed travel slower at rank 1, and faster at rank 5. This would effect his spell weaving so it doesn't pound early game champs, but gives him massive late game potential.
