Anyone else think boots of Lucidity is absolute garbage right now?

With CDR at an all time high, no one is buying this item. Its not appealing and doesn't slot well into any build.

Is it time for a buff? or deletion?

It's still a nice build for early game CDR and the cooldown it grants to SS. It's nowhere to being calles "garbage", unlike Swifty Boots.

they reduce summoner spell cooldowns by 10%.

36 second off tp, or 30 seconds off flash aint bad.

They cost 200g cheaper than most other boots, gives a 10% cooldown reduction to SS in case you didn't take that into consideration.

Champions like Malzahar Kayle Lulu Janna Karma usually appreciate those boots
