I feel like years of league ran my champs down.

I'm stuck playing immobile champions I always liked, while everyone around me jumping and shitting on me with insane dmg. And I'm there standing fuckin' CC-ed or just unable to reach the fla$hy champs and wondering "hey man, can you stop blinking to 5 places so I can dmg you?". Idk, I just feel like league is going into a wrong direction and it makes me sad. It's a chore playing this game these days. Why would we want to play a 15-20 min game of who blinks first and kills you in a second.

I know exactly how you feel. Whenever I pull off a win against a hyper-mobile team comp I'm like "I still got it," while rocking a support kda.

The worst part about playing against all mobile champs is that they make themselves look good, no matter the cost. They're not actually playing a game at all.

All those people complaining about mobility, meanwhile most of the god champs recently were immobile Taliyah Syndra Ryze Cassiopeia Jhin MissFortune Twitch Malzahar Sona Janna Singed hehe

Exactly. XD I was just thinking about that when I saw the OP.

Yes i agree, immobile doesnt always mean bad,but it limits what you can do and how you play. For example i love playing agressive and i also love playing Jhin, but thats a combination that doesnt mix all that good cause the first CC i get caught with is my death sentence, when compared to someone like Ezreal or Tristana where getting CCed usually means you will just take some damage and then Rocket Jump/Blink out of the enemy's reach and survive. Also there's plenty of situations where your mobility comes in handy, like in 1v1 scenarios,or running away, where you can jump trough walls(im talking about adc perspective, syndra is obv good at 1v1 without having to jump around)

Probably because it doesn't feel good to play a game of probability (when fighting a high mobility enemy), while they're playing a game of numbers (fighting a low mobility enemy).

You're honestly going to call Ryze and Taliah immobile? I don't think you know what that word means.

I feel the same way as well and now with the removal of Stormraider Surge playing those types of champs are even harder. Phase Rush is just a garbage keystone and needs to be reverted back to SRS.

Phase rush Is garbo I agree

I play garen sometimes.

he is viable against the trickier champs, IF you build right, and If you let some cs go.

With endless reworks that are disaster, older champion being left as garbage with occasional little nerfs to them. It is well know that Riot doesn't care about veteran players at all. And there will be ocean of new players playing flashy and op champions, we will just have to find a better game.

Meanwhile every single immobile mage is in the top 50% win rate and most are top 25%

It's not about stats, it's about feelings, and it feels like garbage to try to fight Kalista when she's hopping about you like a mad frog on speed.

Indeed, I actually saw a platinum volibear main TODAY. I was pleasantly surprised :) One of the only "elitist" rank players that didn't act like privileged children

plat isnt that good tho

Jet Sett8 votes

Relative to the majority of the playerbase, I'd say plat is pretty good.

BoilTheOil2 votes

its decent not much to brag about though not saying I have much to brag about being diamond either

Who is Taliyah4 votes

if you think about that plat makes out only about 8% of the playerbase and diamond about 2%, I'd say it is pretty good.

But im shit at this game and still diamond

But im shit at this game and still diamond

As a plat 5 player, I know I'm shit, and as I get better, I keep realizing more ways in which I am shit.

That said, I do acknowledge that, compared to the playerbase as a whole, we are both relatively good.

Its funny that every new champ that comes out is pretty mobile, hell even Urgot, the big hulking monster has some sort of a dash, that helps somewhat catch enemies or escape. I'd just like to see some of the more immobile champs get a mini rework to make them more mobile, especially ADCs that have no reliable self peel or escape. Comparing Jinx or Jhin levels of safety to Ezreal or Tristana is absurd, especially since they are both ADCs,and there's plenty of other mobile adcs too, like Lucian,Vayne,Kalista,i see no reason not to help the more vulnerable ones too

People used to joke about this happening a year ago. What happens when the joke becomes reality? It also used to be a joke of finding another game to play till league was "fixed", most knowing that person would come back. Now I ask the question again, what happens when the joke becomes reality. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] League of Legends is dominating eSports and moba's. People are constantly biting at Riots ankles trying to get a slice of the pie. I can understand why they keep making such huge changes and pushes. I understand you seriously do need the big flashy champs so that people who don't know about league can somewhat understand it while viewing. Don't dumb it down too much though. Don't change things purely for the sake of a change as in to stay fresh. Just like how this game is changing, so do its players. I kinda want to know how many honest new players are coming into the game. Not people making smurfs or they got banned on the main one. How long do they stick around? Do they make into Ranked? Do they place bronze and just quit? Do they place silver and continue playing for gold? [sg-lux-2]

It really does suck that you can't play what you want to anymore. There is A LOT of polishing to be done from this pre-season change. They've really killed almost all the niche picks and builds I used to love doing. All the time practicing those champs for that role - obliterated. I feel sorry for the people responsible for balancing this utter shit show, they'll never get it right. Way too many variables without someone, somewhere getting the short end of the stick.

Remember when we thought Kassadin was the stupidly hyper-mobile champ?

Yeah, let's go back to that, now he feels like a has-been compared to most of the current champs.

I have a topic about how league now sucks with it's 15-20 min game times, Riot really needs to bring back the times when it was 30-45 min before the game was decided and usually a much closer game.
