DrCyanide1 votesI'm just assuming Silver and lower players don't know what Grievous Wounds is or what it does. I've had teams with 3 AD Auto Attackers and they wouldn't purchase it.
Honestly, some games I'm tempted to buy it on Xerath so I don't have to whittle someone down to 35% for Morellonomicon to kick in. Most of the healers want to get into auto attack range anyway, just one auto and the item did it's job...
