slippery champion with high damage, zoning power, and an ultimate that makes him unkillable and makes your tank a squishy.
To be clear, i do not believe he is in need of a rework, but his ult/passive definitely need some tuning. He's wayyyyy too tanky.

Unless the duelist is super far ahead, in which case he can survive 2v1's and even 3v1's (EU's challenger qualifiers being a prime example, as both a fiora and a trundle got ahead and made both the enemy teams' solo laners look like ants).

ANYONE can do that when ahead. Ive seen braum tops 1v5 when far enough ahead.
Sad Tyrant1 votesto be fair trundle doesn't really need items he just steals their stats. Basically my comp crashed at the start of the game, I came 8 mins later and stomped the nasus with sheen and a pair of boots.

Teemo,
Malphite (literally makes Trundle useless if you max his armor boost first),
Jax,
Akali, (Q then auto chunks him SO badly)
I've seen people say

He can be good in the right situation but he's never been too bad. He's just a tank.
But really, you complain about trundle when Volibear has the highest winrate in the game across bronze through diamond?? Have you even played against amumu yet? No actual offense, but this might just be a case of low elo. Trundle isn't incredibly amazing, trust me. You probably just played against a good one or something.
Sad Tyrant1 votesto counter trundle is to not duel him 1v1. he is very kite able once he uses his E. Ashe is a good counter if she has a good peeler or soraka. so get a frozen mallet if you are adc, a Rylai's sceptre if your are a mage, a frozen heart or Randuins if you are taky. then CC him to death with a teammate or two. Udyr and nautilus work very well together
