Dark Harvest sucks because it takes longer to stack (150) than old devourer

this thing takes too long to stack. while. the passive does work on less than 150 stacks. its absolute shit. 20 seconds. thats not enough time in the world to plan to get a kill or even walk from a camp to a lane and position well

make it scale linearly. or make it give more time. upto the 300 seconds. every 25 stacks or something it just unusable most of the game

every high elo players think this keystone is pretty much a troll pick

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you get fewest stacks from Jungle Camps. Siege minions give more as do kills/assists.

It is not meant to be crazy strong early, it is a late game mastery pick and gamble that will either farm well or kill participation.

The simple stacking nature hints at this being more of a lane rune than jungle. It is tricky for jungle, but not impossible to use. Kill a scuttle crab, get the Dark Harvest proc, run through scuttle pool, and use the mini-ghost to gank your target. If you can't use the scuttle speed boost to reach your target within 20 seconds you messed up.

20 seconds is an incredibly long amount of time to do a gank in from a camp...

It's mainly really at it's best on lich bane/trinity force users. I use it on Yorick with great effect generally. I've been using it on Kat(Albeit on the PBE) and doing alright with it. I once did a jungle Kat because I was forced into the jungle and actually managed to get around 455 stacks and deal 75% of a tank's health with one E>auto. It can get nuts if you can manage to stack it and honestly I think jungle is the best place to get the stacks from due to it being a common source, even if it only gives 2 per stack.
