Rakan is way too strong

His kit is overloaded like everything else that has come out since Ghostcrawler was hired. Overloaded kits are a part of league now. It was a suprising breath of fresh air that OLAF out of all champs saw alot of play last season...without being cried on for nerfs. Damage though in these last two season has been completely out of control....Rakan is not a 'skill' champ...he is simply dangerous in people's hands that have very high skill just like any other champ with an overloaded kit.

Here....let me show a list of champs with overloaded kits:

Notice anything similar? They get CC, Shields, High Damage Output, High Mobility, High Global Presence/Range, Give those things, or have a strong combination of most of those things above.

And would be if he didn't have to simply stick to one transfomation while would be if his unmounted kit wasn't so piss poor.

I think Rakan is a great expression of skill. He is literally the squishiest piece of paper if he plays poorly. When he is played well, he is literally the slipperiest eel.

rakan is so tanky he needs an small damage nerf on his abilities, or simply a massive nerf on his overal defense....
