If Teemo uses Guerilla warfare standing on a shroom, allow de-stealthing to explode it
Reasoning is simple - introduction of new Dickblade and control wards in preseason is huge nerf to noxious trap, and Teemo will need compensating buff. Instead of buffing his numbers, which are already high enough to piss everyone off, it would be nice to give him situational way to proc shroom damage by himself.
The only real difference this creates is allowing Teemo to successfully ambush people with his passive if they walk close to him, instead of relying on enemies forgetting to use sweepers and stepping on shroom, or walking directly over patiently waiting Teemo.
