When people are done buying her new skin in a few weeks, can we nerf Vi?

54% winrate on people playing her for the first time for months now. #1 winrate jungler with a 16% playrate and 18% banrate, please do something about this if you're not going to change keystones asap. I knew it wasn't going to happen with her new skin coming out but when there's been enough time for the Vi mains to buy it I'd appreciate if she could stop dominating the unholy hell out of the jungle, counterjungling literally everyone, applying more pressure than any other jungler, and soloing dragon at level 3.

She's only strong because of how well she synergies with CotC. It's getting nerfed tomorrow and with that she will no longer be quite as strong as she is now. Her kit is by no means overpowered.
