But your buff will just flat out break him in all tiers of the game 130% bonus ad on Q is ridiculous, just so you know he used to have 120% bonus ad ratio on Q and 200 base damage, now it will be 225+130% bonus ad

The problem with Lucian when it comes to playing against skilled players is that you will hardly be able to lane unless the support match up is heavily in your favor.

You nerfed Lucian to 500 range You nerfed his Q range through minions You nerfed his dash cooldown to 22 seconds

Since then, the only way for Lucian to be able to lane is to go full davai and kill the enemy laner in one trade. If he doesn't do that his window of agression is going to be longer than any adc. I don't get it, there is no adc in the game that has his laning phase that limited.
