Meanwhile every single top tier adc builds lethality, not crit.
Meanwhile all crit/precision adcs are at 50 winrate or lower (most are at sub 50%), meanwhile ezreal and mf both at 55% with non crit builds.
Crit adcs are actually almost underpowered atm (most of them already are, like cait, jinx, lucian, ashe, etc), for you to have an idea the strongest crit ones, twitch and tristana, dropped down to roughly 50% win rate with no direct nerfs to them (and they were dominating before), thats how much of a nerf to crit adcs pre-season has been.
