Oh no, an ADC has less than 50% winrate. Let’s buff this champion because of win rate alone, leaving other champions with sub-50% winrate in all other roles the same because they have other measurements for balance besides winrate just as they are, and ADCs are only balanced by win rate. Never mind the fact that not every bot lane champion can have 50% win rate - in fact, by mathematical reasoning, 50% should be the average win rate, weighted by play rate.

Personally I played bad with Varus for some reason, it didnt work so I skipped this champion
