As much as people say he is boring.... He is not supposed to be flashy nor anything. He even says " And I am barely trying ". He was a truly new concept, with total different mechanics from everything I have ever seen on this game. His play ratio is low because people want flashy things like riven, yasuo, nidalee, zed.... Please, don't change him. He could use a very small buff. And the change to Homeguards just fucked up his most interesting aspect : Creating a giant star pre-15

They are not going to rework him, just eventually make small tweaks like with any other champion.

A rioter said in a post at that I saw on surrender at 20 about some changes they will try on him on the end of the year. I don't think he needs any change. The homeguards change already changed a lot the way I used to play him, but I find him extremely fun. He has just a very different kind of kit, and I don't want riot to change him to something common just because not much people play him
