Does anyone build Muramana anymore?

the issue there is the way mana is distributed in league. even ignoring manaless champions, a lot of champions simply never run out of mana, even if you don't build any. most top laners, adcs, and many junglers are in this category.

then there are champions i like to call -tier mana users, who only need the 250 mana that provides to be able to essentially just pretend they're . almost every user is in this tier. (also there's a subcategory for champions where isn't quite enough but is.)

then there are the mages who only need to basically pretend they're . nearly all midlaners belong in this category ( users go here too)

then there are supports, who's builds frequently include enough mana for them to also pretend they're .

and finally the users. champions who have to build a in order to function. most of them build it into , but there are a couple who build . they are and (for now) , but interestingly, is actually in the tier.
