seems to be so underrated by many. Its actually pretty strong. Being able to have a lane auto push or auto freeze is incredibly useful when either halting advantages of the other team or by extending your own. can change a game completely if used correctly. having a side lane always pushing means that the opponent wont be able to ignore it for long. It makes openings and diverts attention from other areas of focus. It also gives you the gold when the voidlings kill anything.

I think statistically it's not that great compared to building more conventional tank items or aggressive stuff, but that might be elo related since so many teams (even in high plat) seem to not be able to deal with lane management and/or split pushing.

Around999People1 votesIt's a great item. I get it when the enemy has around an even mix of AP and AD and this just tilts it towards us since it lets me survive against both and it pushes a lane.
TheLightBringer1 votesIts a really good pick on supports as one of the latter items. Im not sure how effective it is when youre hard winning though, because enemies will always stay in their lanes and try to farm their way back into the game.
