Which will allow champions like darius and garen to safely build MUCH more AD. Sure, garen's judgement does 25% less damage when hitting multiple targets, but the scaling on it seems overall higher and riot says they expect him to safely be able to build 250AD or so with the new bruiser items.

Nobody is mentioning this, but when you look at the new reworks, you absolutely have to look at them ALONG WITH the new items, because the reworks were balanced around these new items.

I hate to say it but Garen really doesn't benefit from anything but Dreadnaught's Plate. Garen really doesn't need it though, the rest of his buffs are more than enough.

the Dead Man's Gofast thing is being added, I'd imagine that'd help him. As for morde... Well, morde has become a sacrifice to the meta gods.
