Why dont more people play kindred top/adc

I see more kindred top/adc than jg. All of them do good/decent. Ive never seen one do bad. They have sustain/poke/burst/ and hardcore snowballing. why dont more people play?

Because Kindred's passive makes more sense for a jungler. She can work in other roles, but she is also expensive.

Her passive relies on one of (or both) 2 things - Ganking and counter-jungling. While Kindred can do both of which from a laning position, it's simply easier and less telegraphed in the jungle.

Example: A camp is marked and ADC Kindred just went MIA for no apparent reason. Let's take a quick guess at where she might be while simultaneously shoving lane really hard to make her miss CS.

While this is telegraphed from the jungle as well, it's harder to punish. The same goes for marked champions - You can't easily tell when she's going to gank that lane, and you don't know what camps she has available for you to steal as easily. Unless she has red/blue or you clicked on her to see smite buffs, of course. It's just much easier to punish her passive in lane than it is in the jungle.
