How is Trundle still underrated?

The only issue i've seen people tell me with him is that he's kited too hard..yet there's been so many item changes that make kiting him so difficult

I still don't get what's keeping this guy from seeing play. Someone enlighten me on this.

Also as a side question for trundle jungle between warrior/cinderhulk which is better?

The same thing that's stopping Volibear.

Kiting. Those items are not enough when dealing with an enemy Sivir or any wall-type support like Leona/Thresh or the self-peel of Kali, Vayne and Trist.

Trundle isn't much of a threat - he relies on auto too much. His ultimate is a waste on a squishy.

Malphite and Rammus however, are massive threats to ADCs with insane diving and lockdown.
