His W now deals a bonus 10/15/20/25/30 flat magic damage when the patch notes say it should be 5/10/15/20/25.
I want to know if that discrepancy was introduced in the bugfix or if it's been there since the start of the new patch.

I thought it had something to do with his passive leaving behind invisible minions that could block lanes.
But I'm just trying to figure out if this discrepancy in his W damage (his tooltip and actual damage seem to correspond correctly with each other, they're just different from what the patch notes said) was some code that accidentally or intentionally was pushed to live with whatever the bugfix was.
