What is riot's and everyone's thoughts about top laners killing jungle camps for early level 2?

Just wondering about people's opinions, I personally don't really care for it lol.

I mean, most junglers get a leash for a reason.

It could lead to deadly early trade, maybe? I don't really know, I've never done it.

Never understood what the point of that is... the moment they get lvl 2 and TP to lane, I'm already lvl 2 also.

Because in general they can do it faster, and they have level 2 + more potions + whatever buff they smited. Even if you got level 2, they have an item advantage and whatever buff they smited for.

As a top laner, it's not something that I'd ever really do, just because I don't play champions who can do it very easily.

As a jungler, it's a bit annoying because it can mess up my early clears, but as long as they communicate it well, I don't really have a problem with it.

I don't see much value in it in MOST matchups, considering the fact that either A. The opposing top can do the same thing, or B. It slows you down enough/you miss enough CS in lane that your opponent catches up anyway. Plus, your jungler is missing a camp that their's isn't, thereby it's likely that your jungle will be slightly behind in XP compared to their's.

I mean, I guess it could be useful if you have.. I dunno.. Shaco? Or some other no-leash jungle, and he takes Gromp/blue, while you take wolves, then ganks your lane from the river as you return through lane, or some similar situation..

But overall, I don't see it having a ton of effect in the average game.

I'd personally say it's more useful to let your bottom lane take a camp with Support tanking it while your ADC gets an early level 2(Or let your support get the early 2 if it's Leona/Blitz or something with a strong level 2 engage), but I'm not pro, so what do I know :)
