theyre nerfing the ap ratio on his w (almost halving it) and the as boost on it at later levels by 20%. Well im not even mad about that, just means rageblade isn't worth it anymore

They literally nerfed him to WEAKER than before the buff rather than just revert the changes. It's ridiculous.
