completly broken and need to be tuned down balanced (bot lane) are back in the meta, one is viable and balanced the other is still garbage/semi-viable but can't be allowed to be completly viable thought he was going to be broken, but didn't change at all, he's fine as he is right now still garbage situational picks that are fine as they are right now didn't see one since a long time, honestly jinx was always a pain in the ass to balance probably the worst now watch out for with the lethality buff, jhin is just at the right spot and can become overtuned with a little buff

lol jhin is balanced to you? ezreal isnt broken he is skill based you are most certainly mis guided because vayne is also op and you can easy outplay with anyone. Doesnt matter who the champ is get good and you wont have to worry about anything. every champ has a weakness

Kog isn't particularly terrible, he just still doesn't do anything noteworthy. He's not nearly as bad as he was before the Bork/Rage/W buffs, though.

I've been saying it for years now. The only time Kog is pick-worthy is when he's hilariously over-tuned. He needs to have an actual niche that isn't an item build or simply his power curve. He needs to actually do something. And focusing him more on wrecking enemy resist would probably be the easiest way to pull that off.

Kog needs a real passive... Also his mana costs are a joke considering that many of the other marksman never go oom (not counting the casters like Ez, Lucian, Corki).
