Double buffs ganking you unseen quite fun, wasn't this the same reason Evelynn perma stealth was removed pre 6?

FOR JUSTICE1 votesthe difference being that Evelynn got her stealth by just existing, twitch has to dedicate an ability. therefore he requires simple early deep wards to pretty much shut him down, because hes a pretty feast or famine jungler if he cant cheese you.
