Sivir is back, baby!

Kind of.....at least.

All of these ADC item changes have made her come back from trash tier. She's by no means perfect (I'd say mid or low-mid tier), but she certainly is playable now.....which feels GREAT! I played her quite a bit before and around the time where she was completely dominating the LCS. After her nerfs though, and the lethality meta, she pretty much disappeared.

But, oh, it feels so good to have her back!
