and his spells that hit the enemy will give him vision i think this would be a nice thing and finally add a weakness to his kit my idea is to reduce is ms to 345 his e will work like aatrox q he now has more range on his e but it will deal only damage and give vision while if you are in his e range(the same range of now) he will reduce ms aswell

I think this idea is terrible. I know lee is strong, and might have issues in his kit, but this change would probably be worse than just deleting him.
