I realllly want @Ricklessabandon to answer for what happened to leblanc

He has yet to answer anything for what he did to her other than some reddit leblanc main subforum on how he doesn't block people. The assassin rework made her clas shift to a burst mage but she isn't even a burst mage anymore. I am honestly certain that annie and syndra (most notable burst mages in game) Can 100-0 far faster than leblanc. So what makes her burst-y? When someone is dumb enough to stay in her chain to deal extra damage. That extra damage feels like an eternity to pull off. She was/ and still is my second highest mastery champion since I started at level 18. I would be fine with the w nerf, really I would. Despite her w now being nothing more than a mobile tool, I would be okay with it, IF her damn kit didn't feel so delayed and clunky. You literally HAVE to hit your chain if you want to deal any sort of damage. Her whole "deceiver" persona was getting in, killing a target, and getting out. She was notorious for blinking onto an enemy and now she is the worst at it? I mean even talon, the bane of "LUL ASSASSIN REWORK" can do that far more effectively. I want to know where she is going to go from here because I guarantee the minute gunblade gets touched negatively lb is just going to fall farther down. Out of everyone on that team of people reworking champions, you seem to have lots of mess ups.
