its a good item but you have to wait 10 minutes to really reap the rewards maybe they should rework it so its a starting item that progresses over time

It does nothing but give stats. That why I’m saying it the most boring item in the game. It has no active and the passive only gives more stats. There is no interaction with it beside watching paint dry on a wall.

you are right the item doesn't give you mana or HP depending on whether you hit or get hit by enemy champions... but then again most items in the game are just flat damage increases (hello IE, deathcap, last whisper items and void staff!) or have the great gameplay of "I run away and in less than 10 seconds i'm back at full HP like nothing happened!" (warmogs!) there are way more boring items in the game or at least in the same category as RoA

as much as i love actives stats are really important
