Turret plating improvement suggestion.

Hi. Turret plating were created to improve high snowball games to finish themselves quickly, I do understand that. Game over-all feel too fast paced and one-sided in solo-queue, here some changes that'll improve it.

GOALS :

1. Improve counter-play of taking plating elsewhere on the map than focusing on 1 target.
2. Slightly reduce snowball.

CHANGES : Turrets : Turret plating gives 800 golds divided by 5 segment of 160 golds ---> Turret plating gives 600 golds, firstly taken plates grants more golds than further plates : 1st : 180 golds 2nd : 160 golds 3rd : 120 golds 4th : 80 golds 5th : 60 golds
