Ranked suggestions - Rito, please consider
To start off, I'd like to introduce myself. Feel free to skip down if you don't wanna read. Summoner name is Dumb Monster,

main, currently Bronze 4 with 53 wins and 57 losses. My highest point in ranked was Bronze 3, 28-21, been through lots of ups and downs this year. I won 3 promos in a row, before having the 4th one get ruined by back-to-back games with trolls. Last year, I was Bronze 2 with 20 wins and 34 losses, because I started the minute I hit 30, and was a horrible player back then, could only play . I think my final KDA with in Season 4 was 55-155-97. LOL.
1. PLACEMENTS In my opinion, the way placements worked this year was horrible. For me, I was 2-8 last year, got Bronze 1. I went 4-6 this year, Bronze 5. Several people said that if you went 5-5, you would be placed a full tier below where you were last year. Turned out this was true.
Silver 3 friend, 5-5 --> Bronze 3 Gold 4 friend, 6-4 --> Silver 4
Also had several people on my friends list rage after they went 7-3 and 9-1 and got Bronze 5. IMO, if this is how it should work, then some people should be insta-promoted to Bronze 5, instead of having their hearts broken after hitting "Continue" on the Victory screen after their 10th win in that many game and seeing the message that says they are promoted to Bronze 5. I think the placement system needs a big change.
2. PROMOS These need some changes too. I think Riot should match people in promos with others in promos, that way promo matches would be more competitive with everyone trying to win. It should also reduce the amount of "troll ruined my promos" complaints.
Another suggestion, can we please skip promos that we've already played? Right now, IMO, I'm too good for Bronze 5 but somewhat mediocre in Bronze 4. I've made 2 trips to B5 and 3 to B4. So going back and forth while having to play promos seems kind of annoying, even though I've won both of my Bronze 5-->4 promos.
Last suggestion for promos: True LP. What I'm trying to say is, during our promos, let's say I go 2-0, and gain what would be 22 lp per game. Can I be placed in the next division with 44 LP instead of 0? Seeing 0 just makes people more stressed and less accomplished after closing out the series.
3. CHAMPION SELECT Probably one of the most toxic environments in League right now. Ranked champion select.

"Your average kda (in the last few games) with X is 2-7-7. OMG please dont play X. Player locks in as X. GG NOOB X, FF @ 20. First off, LOLKING only displays the last 10 matches. So if I'm on a bad losing streak, you're going to judge me by my last 10, even though I did excellent in the previous 20, which you can't see? Lolkinging teammates screws up the team chemistry before the game even starts. If you want to look others up, at least don't harass others based on it. Chat restriction in champ select?

The most obvious one. MID OR FEED. Report system and free dodge per day please. I remember running into one of these guys, forced to dodge, only to stomp on enemies 10 minutes later... and end up at 97 LP. Please allow us to report players in champion select (and maybe even during the game, since you might have your client crash after the game, or just forget) and also add at least a free dodge per day. A lot of people want vote kick, but I would probably be kicked more times than games played in a day since I like to play
support. People always question me, only to see me go 3-4-34. -
Ban system. I think there should be 10 bans (1 per player), instead of 6 bans (3 per team captain). Also, if someone afks a ban, please force them to dodge. I remember a dude who thought he was a lower pick, left to go get a snack or something, and then came back and realize he was first pick. IIRC, that match was ruined by a

4. POST GAME CHAT Issue isn't limited to ranked, but a common problem that I think I should throw in. Post game chat. People believe they are safe here since the (old) Tribunal didn't display champ select nor post game chat. Had enemies stay silent most of the match.

When I see this, I usually report them and either screenshot it, or type in the report box, "Please see post game chat..."
