Carry Bard Itemization

When I roll Bard support, I like to build some damage after boots/SS. I can't quite figure out the best options. I typically use item 3115 and item 3285 but I've tried item 3124 and item 3100 - Any thoughts?

I don't know quite get what the best option is in the AD vs. Meeps thing. Any help you can offer is appreciated.

The only "damage" item I ever like on Bard is item 3094 just to get longer range meep slow procs. Even then it's purely luxury if I'm grossly fed for some reason. Otherwise getting your max CDR and support items is the best thing you can do for your team.
